Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery of your order (based upon tracking number). If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we do not offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same unused condition that you received it in. Please contact us with any issues and/or to coordinate any return prior to shipment.
Returns for the convenience of the customer (i.e. subjective product assessments/no quality issues on items, misinterpretations of sizing, etc…) will incur a restocking fee of 25%, in addition to no refund of shipping cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will provide a refund or contact you with any other issues that come to light.
Shipping will not be refunded. You are responsible for return shipping of the product to us.
If we approve your refund, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to original method of payment within 5 days of receipt of your return.
Only regular priced items may receive any refund. Sale items are not refundable.
We will replace defective items. If you believe you received a defective item, please contact us ASAP.

If you are returning an expensive item, please consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
